As I sit here at the end of the night
I think that today's been an awesome day
so many things have just happened so right
but I've eaten much more than I can say
I went to two dinners with two turkeys
and two bowls full of mashed potatoes
the food stretched out far as the eye could see
the meals seemed to never come to a close
I left one dinner and drove to the next
It was time to head to my grandmas house
grandma's potatoes are always the best
and so I shoveled them into my mouth
Leaving for home, I started to dawdle
as I felt like I could only waddle...
