I think that my brain is still on sick leave,
even though my body's gone back to work.
It's almost a week since my last dry heave,
and yet my mind is still being a jerk.
I know that I have lots of things to do,
and I even have tho will to do them.
But my brain has decided to refuse
to take all of the steps to get through them.
I'm sure that this sonnet will have it's flaws;
my brain wouldn't allow for perfection.
But do blogs really follow the same laws
as those of Shakespeare's sonnet collection?
I hope that this sonnet rings out as true
and that I have not yet offended you.
