I decided to go see prisoners
as my Hugh Jackmania finale
I hadn't watched any of the trailers
but tonight I just needed to rally
I must say I found myself riveted
I sat and watched at the edge of my seat
I gasped with each time the plot pivoted
It lost the ending I thought it would meet
Then some parts were a little disturbing
it was hard to say who was good and bad
and each time that I felt my fears curbing
they came back more than they already had
When it was done, I was glad I had gone
...but tonight I might sleep with the lights on
